I approach my relationship with renters with the same level of care as I do for buyers. If you're a seasoned renter or new to the Boston market, working with me guarantees three things:

Advocacy

I will work for you in what is often a hectic and stressful process to make sure that you are not being taken advantage of and are able to make informed decisions about the market and specific units.

Speed

I have streamlined my processes so that you can act quickly and offer on the apartment of your dreams. There's nothing worse than looking for a place for three weeks, then missing out because your agent is slow and inefficient in processing paperwork. That won't happen with me at your side.

Information

Knowledge is power. I want renters to understand their rights, understand their power, and understand the market. It is my job to make sure you are informed as fully as possible.

Please note that for rental assistance, there is a fee for service equivalent to one month's rent due at the time of an accepted rental application.
